Developer terms

You keep every right to your game. You give RallyArena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, run, show and promote it (including its name, cover and screenshots) while it is published here. You can publish it anywhere else.

You own the game, or have the rights to everything in it (code, art, music, fonts, names), and publishing it here breaks no law and no one else’s rights. It contains no malware, no ads, analytics or tracking of its own, and does not try to get around the sandbox or collect personal data.

We review every build and may turn one down, or take a published game down, at our discretion — for example for broken gameplay, content unsuitable for a general audience, or a rights complaint. We tell you why. You can ask us to take your game down at any time.

Each published game has its own sponsor slots. For each calendar month you receive the percentage shown for your game (45% unless agreed otherwise in writing) of what sponsors paid for that game’s slots that month, after refunds on those payments and payment-processing fees. Nothing else — site-wide sponsors, memberships, other games — is shared.

We pay by PayPal or Wise to the address in your developer profile, 30 days after the month ends. You are responsible for your own taxes. If a payment we shared is later reversed or charged back, we may deduct it from what we owe you next.

If a game is taken down for breaking these terms (for example, it was not yours to publish), shares for that game that have not been paid yet may be withheld and sponsors refunded. Otherwise, earned shares are paid as normal after a takedown.

We may update these terms. When we do, you are asked to accept the new version before your next upload; what you already earned is paid under the terms it was earned under.

We do not promise any amount of players or sponsor revenue. The service is provided as is; our liability to you is limited to the shares owed to you.
